Refund Policy

No refunds on digital products
Due to the instant digital delivery nature of our products, all sales are final once your kit has been delivered — that is, once your download links have been issued or Google Drive access has been granted. We are unable to offer refunds after delivery.
Exceptions
If you were charged but received neither your download links nor Drive access within 15 minutes, or if you were charged twice for the same kit, email us at hello@forgefrontend.com within 48 hours and we will resolve it immediately — including a full refund if applicable.
Access issues
Download links expire for security and can be refreshed at any time from the payment confirmation email or the Dodo Payments customer portal. If that fails, or you cannot open your Drive folder, email us with your purchase email and we will re-issue your links or re-grant Drive access at no cost. This is not grounds for a refund.
