Frontend Behavioural Interview Guide
The behavioural round is where offers are won or lost after the technical rounds. It's very preparable — here's how.
Use the STAR method
For each story: set the Situation briefly, state the Task, describe your specific Actions (use 'I', not just 'we'), and end with a measurable Result. Prepare 5–6 stories covering conflict, a failure and what you learned, leadership/ownership, and a hard bug you solved.
The questions to expect
'Tell me about yourself', 'a time you disagreed with a teammate', 'your biggest failure', 'a project you're proud of', and 'why this company'. Have a genuine, product-specific answer for the last one, and stay positive about past employers.
Prepare the whole loop
Technical rounds plus the career and behavioural guidance — the Complete Frontend Kit covers interview to offer.
